Opus 1 is a collection of themes & melodies with a contemporary African flavour. The tracks are arranged to effortlessly blend under and around voice over. The style deliberately steers clear of the 'Jungle Drums' genre while still invoking the panoramic feel of the African lifestyle. The album consists of ten full pieces, each with an alternative mix / underscore, as well as commercial length versions, making 41 tracks. Further alternative versions/mixes can be created on request. |

The music on this compilation is acoustic in nature and therefore very little synthetic instrumentation has been used. For the most part it has been performed by real-world musicians on real-world instruments and recorded using real-world microphones in a real-world room. 'African
